About the Role:
U.S. Lawns in Spokane, WA is looking for a reliable and skilled Snow Plow Driver to join our team this winter season! If you love working outdoors, keeping communities safe, and operating heavy equipment, this is the opportunity for you. Responsibilities:
- Operate snow plow trucks to clear snow and ice from parking lots, driveways, and roadways
- Apply salt, sand, or de-icing materials to surfaces to ensure safe conditions
- Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure equipment is in proper working order
- Respond to snow events promptly, including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts
- Communicate with dispatch and team leads regarding route progress and site conditions
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures while on job sites
- Maintain accurate logs of services performed at each location
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Previous snow plowing or commercial driving experience preferred
- Ability to operate plow trucks and related snow removal equipment
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and on-call shifts during weather events
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety on job sites
- Ability to work independently and manage a route efficiently
- Physical ability to perform snow removal tasks in cold weather conditions

This is a seasonal, weather-dependent, on-call position. Because snow and ice events cannot be scheduled in advance, work hours will vary and may occur at any time of the day or night, including weekends and holidays.
Employees must be available to report to work when called throughout the winter season. Snow events may require extended shifts beyond a standard eight-hour workday, depending on weather conditions, accumulation, and customer service requirements.
Reliable availability and the ability to respond promptly when activated for a snow event are essential requirements of this position.
Flexible work from home options available.
Compensation: $28.00 - $34.00 per hour
