- Apply fertilizers, herbicides, pesticides, and other plant health products according to label requirements and company standards.
- Service commercial lawn and landscape accounts throughout our operating area.
- Inspect turf, ornamental plants, and landscaped areas for weeds, insects, disease, and other concerns.
- Identify problems and communicate recommended solutions to management.
- Complete required pesticide application records and service documentation accurately.
- Operate and maintain spray rigs, spreaders, trucks, and related equipment.
- Keep assigned vehicles and equipment clean, organized, and in good working condition.
- Communicate professionally with customers when questions or concerns arise.
- Follow all required safety procedures, PPE requirements, and chemical-handling standards.
- Assist with other landscape or seasonal operations when needed.
- Reliable and able to work independently.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work.
- Good communication and customer-service skills.
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to safely operate trucks, equipment, and application equipment.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and perform physical outdoor work.
- Commercial lawn care, fertilization, pesticide application, or plant health experience is preferred.
- You like working independently and taking ownership of your work.
